Korean Style Dinner

21:25

I have always felt that I am a Filipino despite the foreign blood running in my little body. But last week, I decided to be Korean for a moment. HAHA

I'll share with you my beautiful and mouthwatering experience when I visited Cebu.
My friend Abegail brought me to this korean restaurant which I, unfortunately, forgot the name. I've never been to a korean restaurant before so I let her decide on what to order.

To my surprise, she ordered an alien dish called Samgyeopsal.
Samgyeopsal (or Samgyupsal) is a popular Korean dish commonly served as an evening meal (Source: Wikipedia). I was ecstatic, of course!

I'm sorry for the quality of the pictures. I should have brought a camera.

Anyways, I had the chance to cook the meat. Yehey! You just have to wrap all the dishes in the fresh green leaves (I don't know what it's called) and then enjoy the blessing. It was very very very delicious. And I am not exaggerating. Oh God, its taste lingers in my imagination now.

We also ate Ramen or Ramyun. It was PAK! Don't know how to describe the taste but I loved it.
We were sitting like how Koreans sit during meal and it added to the Korean feeling. LOL

My rating: 10 Gold STARS

    1. Hello lilpink! Thank you for visiting my blog. Just to share with you, at first I thought that the food will not be enough for us because it seems konti lang. Just like sa mga dishes hinahanda pag nanonoood tayo ng koreanovela. Pero nakakabusog pala talaga. You must really try it!

Thank you pala sa compliment. :)

  10. Hello Yuri! Is this restaurant in Gaisano Country Mall ?
I love Korean food too but somehow I don't really like the smell of Korean food in general.
The cooking part is the best :)

    1. No, it's not in Gaisano. Pardon me. huhuhu I really forgot the name. It's near Northwinds Hotel. The name is like in Korean symbols so I didn't bother to take a close look.
