After a stressful week, I always make sure to re-energize
my skin. I’m not really fond of exfoliating and scrubbing (though I know it
does good to our skin). One reason is that because it really takes time. Hehe :-) Lazy bum here. I also do not have a constant skin
care routine however I do have a regimen that I love doing.
Moisturizing. Keeping your skin clean and moisturized is
the key component to maintaining healthy and youthful skin. On a nightly basis,
I apply a water-based moisturizer to keep my facial skin hydrated. Let us skip
that part coz I will blog about it very soon.
At least once a week or sometimes every two weeks, I make
sure to pamper my skin with a face mask. I am writing this review (which by the
way is long overdue) for you to try and make your skin look healthier.
THE PRODUCT. I bought this Beauty Buffet Green Tea and
Grape Seed Facial Mask at Watsons just because the packaging was cute. Isn’t
it? LOL When I reached home, I was excited to try it and see if it works on me.
Beauty Buffet
Masks unique recipe is made up of Green Tea and Grape Seed Extracts –potent
antioxidants to help soothe and protect skin from damage caused by UV rays and
free radicals, as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and pores. It
claims to make skin appear healthier and more youthful looking. Another
thing that I like about it is that it contains natural botanical extracts –Algae
and Aloe Vera. I have always been a fan of Aloe Vera coz I use it every time I
get burns and it works wonders.
When I opened the
product, at first I didn’t like the smell but it’s not that bad. It smells
mostly like grape seed with a tiny hint of green tea (Of course, what did I
expect? Duh!)
Each mask contains 23 ml essence. I guess it’s a plus
point coz I had extra to apply on my neck as well.
VERDICT. It’s a total must-have!
DO I RECOMMEND IT? Absolutely!
WILL I PURCHASE IT AGAIN? Definitely!
P.S.
